About technology

We have developed a technology for the manufacture of Growing Porous Aerated Concrete (RGB/GAC), non-autoclave, energy efficient, fireproof, durable, waterproof and environmentally friendly. We have also developed a unique blowing agent and mobile portable equipment for construction operations.

  • Aerated concrete complies with GOST 25485-89
  • Density from 400 to 1,200 kg/m3
  • Strength from 25 to 60 kg / cm2
  • Water absorption ≤ 5.0%
  • Frost resistance: laboratory –  75 cycles, estimated –  more than 200 cycles.

Ecological cleanliness. Materials: cement, sand, water, dry pore-forming mix (SPS/DPFM). The blowing agent evaporates after an hour and a half of pore formation, which is confirmed with respective environmental certificates.

Water resistance. The world’s only aerated concrete with closed pores, water does not penetrate through the pores throughout the volume, as is the case with other aerated concretes. Water absorption: no more than 5%.

Fire safety. GAC belongs to the group of non-combustible materials according to GOST 30244-94 and withstands open fire for as long as 42 hours.

Energy efficiency. Heating savings from 50% to 100%. Aerated concrete is a self-sufficient insulant. Saving on air conditioning, as the walls are not heated by the sun.

Comfort. This is a ‘breathing’ material, as in humid conditions it takes moisture and when hot, it gives it away, so in case of monolithic construction there are no cold bridges.

Durability. Laboratory frost resistance 75 cycles (winter-summer), with estimated frost resistance of 200 cycles (winter-summer).

The foundation, warm walls, ceilings, warm floors, durable roofs are all made from the growing cellular, waterproof  aerated concrete with different characteristics and the result is a ‘breathing’ thermos house which is five times lighter than heavy concrete houses. Due to this, further operating costs for the maintenance of buildings are reduced, the house turns out to be very warm – just like a thermos, with the operating costs for heating and air conditioning of the house   significantly reduced. The construction of such a monolithic house is significantly cheaper and faster than that of a house made from other materials and does not require expenses related to finishing, plastering and insulation works. The use of only one material makes unnecessary the delivery of various building materials and the use of heavy construction equipment. Monolithic construction makes it possible to obtain buildings of various architectural forms with the use of various formworks, both with a reliable, earthquake-resistant light steel thin-walled structure frame and without such a frame using reinforcement.

Scope of application:

  • Monolithic self-supporting buildings up to 3-storey-tall. In case of frame construction – no limitation of number of storeys. Floors and roofs are monolithic, waterproof, heat and noise-insulated, with a 30-year warranty.
  • Construction of vegetable and grain warehouses. GAC is an ideal material for storing agricultural products with microclimate self-regulation.
  • Construction of energy efficient livestock farms and poultry farms: walls, alkali-resistant floors and warm roofs – up to 30 years without repair.
  • In case of frame-monolithic housing construction, GAC is efficient as a monolithic filler in removable or non-removable formwork, especially with a light steel thin-walled structure frame. This technology is especially efficient in the construction of economical, energy efficient, affordable and suburban housing.
  • Construction and repair of industrial and social facilities, roof and façade insulation.
  • For overhaul, within the framework of housing and communal services program: repair of  worn-out housing stock and restoration of the bearing capacity of the destroyed façades of  walls, basements, foundations and cellars.
  • Repair and insulation of façades both with façade decoration, insulation and soundproofing slabs and using permanent formwork with the restoration of the bearing capacity of buildings, walls of ‘dilapidated housing’ and thermal insulation of façades of buildings, basements and foundations – replacement of hazardous polystyrene and mineral wool panels.
  • Restoration of façades and restoration of the bearing capacity of the walls of ancient landmarks, strengthening of foundations, with the experience of work at the request of UNESCO in Bulgaria.
  • Construction and repair of pools of any configuration, repair of embankments, piers, water channels and reservoirs.
  • Manufacture of one-layer wall façade panels and large panels with a ready-made décor-façade for frame and panel housing construction instead of multi-layer ones.
  • Manufacture of non-autoclaved gas concrete blocks, both standard (600x300x200) and of any required size, including those with a ready-made façade décor that does not need any external protection and additional insulation.
  • Construction of buildings and hotels on the water in the form of landing stages.

Monolithic construction makes it possible to obtain buildings of various architectural forms using removable and fixed formwork, both with a reliable, earthquake-resistant frame from heavy concrete or light steel thin-walled structures, and without a frame, using reinforcement.

Such buildings have all the advantages typical of buildings and structures built using the ‘Frame + GAC’ technology:

  • High seismic resistance of frame buildings and structures
  • Completely non-combustible material of walls and floors (steel or concrete frame is protected by a layer of growing aerated concrete)
  • Environmental friendliness of materials of walls and floors
  • Does not require any additional thermal insulation
  • Internal and external wall surfaces are ready for finishing
  • Increased noise and heat insulation characteristics
  • The durability of the structure is up to 200 years, as monolithic GAC ensures the closedness of the frame from light steel thin-walled structure or heavy concrete and the non-susceptibility of metal to external and internal impacts (no oxidation)
  • Walls from GAC have no seams and cold bridges
  • The closed porous-insulated structure of the material does not allow ants and other insects and fungi to penetrate through the layer of GAC
  • Laying any communication channels into the wall body (electrical wiring, water supply, heat supply, supply and exhaust ventilation, etc.).
